6. Vehicle Allocation and Availability

Vehicles are allocated according to the confirmed booking, passenger requirements, luggage needs, route, and availability.

If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, NE Travel Solutions will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative. Any material price difference should be discussed with the customer before the alternative is confirmed.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct travel and booking information.
  • Being present at the agreed pickup location and time.
  • Carrying valid identification and required travel documents.
  • Following applicable laws and reasonable vehicle safety instructions.
  • Treating drivers and staff respectfully.
  • Taking care of personal belongings.
  • Informing us promptly about changes to the itinerary.
  • Paying agreed additional charges where applicable.

Illegal, abusive, threatening, or unsafe conduct may result in the refusal or termination of service, subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.

8. Changes to Bookings and Routes

Changes to pickup points, destinations, travel dates, vehicle requirements, trip duration, or passenger numbers are subject to availability.

Additional kilometres, extra hours, route diversions, waiting time, or other changes may result in additional charges. We will communicate applicable changes in cost before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

9. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Travel schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, landslides, mechanical issues, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and arrange alternatives where possible. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

10. Personal Belongings and Vehicle Conduct

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. NE Travel Solutions should be informed promptly if an item is left in a vehicle.

Customers must not use vehicles for unlawful activities or carry prohibited items. Any damage caused by a customer’s misuse of a vehicle may be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the agreed booking terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Some bookings may involve independent vehicle owners, drivers, or other service providers. Additional conditions may apply to services supplied by these parties.

NE Travel Solutions will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the services confirmed in the booking.

12. Limitation of Liability

NE Travel Solutions will make reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed transportation service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
